What to Expect During an Initial Consultation

Initial Consultations are 1 ½-2 hour appointments during which the practitioner collects a detailed case history, including the client’s present and past medical history, family health, diet and exercise habits, and medications. Vital signs and other physical assessments may be carried out if warranted. Using the information gathered during the initial consultation, the practitioner will decide how best to approach the health concerns and address the goals of the client. These recommendations will be outlined in a health management plan, which will be provided to the patient on the first follow-up consultation. The cost of the consultation is $90.

Follow-up Consultations

The first follow-up consultation will be booked approximately one week after the initial consultation. During this one hour appointment, the practitioner will go through the health management plan and answer any questions the patient may have. Subsequent follow-up consultations are one hour and are held every 2-4 weeks. The cost of a follow-up consultation is $30.

Lab Testing
